TCM Group is a leading innovative manufacturer of kitchens and furniture for bathrooms and storage, and is the company behind the brands Svane Køkkenet, Tvis Køkkener, Kitchn og Nettoline.
TCM Group originates from one of Denmark's oldest kitchen manufacturers, Tvis Køkkener, founded in 1952 by carpenter Poul Frandsen. Together with Modulia, founded in 1965, industrial kitchen manufacturing was establised in the late 1960s, but without compromising the tradition of good craftsmanship.
Since then, ongoing investments in modern and high-tech machines at the factories in Jylland have secured TCM Group a position as one of Denmark's leading and most innovative manufacturers of kitchens and furniture for bathrooms and storage.
In 2005, the group acquired the majority of Svane Køkkenet after years of close collaboration, and in 2017, TCM Group took over Nettoline with the brands Kitchn and Nettoline.
In 2006, Danish private equity firm Axcel acquired the majority of the Group. Under the ownership of Axcel, focus was on further optimization of the production and continued growth, both in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia. In the beginning of 2016, TCM Group was acquired by IK Small Cap I Fund managed by European private equity firm IK Investment Partners together with management and board of directors.
On november 24, 2017, TCM Group was listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
