TCM Group is a leading innovative manufacturer of kitchens and furniture for bathrooms and storage, and is the company behind the brands Svane Køkkenet, Tvis Køkkener, and Nettoline.

TCM Group originates from one of Denmark's oldest kitchen manufacturers, Tvis Køkkener, founded in 1952 by carpenter Poul Frandsen. Together with Modulia, founded in 1965, industrial kitchen manufacturing was establised in the late 1960s, but without compromising the tradition of good craftsmanship.

Since then, ongoing investments in modern and high-tech machines at the factories in Jutland have secured TCM Group a position as one of Denmark's leading and most innovative manufacturers of kitchens and furniture for bathrooms and storage. 

Svane Køkkenet was established in 1992 and after years of close collaboration, they became part of TCM Group in 2005, when the Group acquired the brand.

In 2017, TCM Group acquired Nettoline with the brands Nettoline and kitchn.dk. Nettoline was founded in 1973 in Aulum, where it still has its own production unit.

In 2021, TCM Group entered into a strategic partnership with and acquired 45% stake in the e-commerce kitchen business Celebert, which today operates under the four brands kitchn.dk, billigskabe.dk, Celebert and Just Wood.

On November 24, 2017, TCM Group was listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
